May 20, 2026(1 event) –
welcome to this space of silence and stillness, where you slow your breath to meet the present moment. stillness asks what will we uncover if only we’d stop and allow ourselves to feel what is there desperate for our attention? join our community meditations and meet what we’re often pushed to outrun. we’ll meditate on love, grief, belonging, death and the flow of the formless through the form to experience the paradox that is reality. tickets are limited as i’m hosting this in my home. accessibility: the space is on the bottom of a few short steps. |

decolonial daawo invites you to quiet your mind and journey to the beyond with this series of somatic breathwork sessions. get ready to go deeper than you’ve ever gone (sober) and access altered states of consciousness. rooted in dirgha and kapalabhati pranayama, and developed as a substitute to lsd based therapies, this holotropic breathwork will help you access deeper parts of your psyche and feel into what has been suppressed and release it. this could feel intense but don’t fear the discomfort, lean and see what lies on the other side of devotion. healing the mindbody requires an unhanding of our reins and a surrender to the mystery of life. it is a visceral stretching of who and what we know ourselves to be. this is the threshold that we usher each other through. this isn’t just breathwork — it’s collective spellwork for new worlds. to breathe, soften, and expand into the futures we’re dreaming. tickets are limited as i’m hosting this in my home. accessibility: the space is on the bottom of a few short steps. contraindications – this practice might not be for you if: if have mental health diagnoses (i.e. schizophrenia, bi polar, etc.), let’s have a chat before the journey. amna@decolonialdaawo.com. |
